Orange Diet Plan
You want to lose weight fast? We offer you one effective diet, called ”Orange Diet”. With the help of this four day diet, your pounds will melt away quickly, and you will feel great because a lot of vitamins will enter your body.
Morning Breakfast: Muesli with orange
Mix three chopped prunes(dipped in orange juice)a sliced orange, apple, three tablespoons mixed flakes and 100 ml yogurt. Put sesame through all of that.
Lunch: Chicken with sage
Put salt, pepper and spices of your choice on two small chicken legs and then bake them. Add chopped garlic and three sage leaves. Pour with 60 ml broth and two tablespoons vermouth and let it bake for another five minutes. Remove it from the oven and add sliced orange and two tablespoons of curd.
Snack: Orange juice
Dinner: Fresh sandwich with cheese
Spread a piece of rye bread with fresh cheese and put six pieces of orange through it. While eating this, drink a glass of milk.
Morning Breakfast: Muesli with citrus
Mix orange, grapefruit, chopped almonds, walnuts and a tablespoon 150 ml yogurt.
Lunch: Salad of carrot
Mix 150 grams of grated carrots, sliced orange, a little ginger, two tablespoons of orange juice, salt, pepper, coriander and white wine vinegar. Chop basil and mix it with two tablespoons of oil and pour that all over the salad. Serve with two tablespoons of sour cream.
Snack: Cocktail – tea
Prepare 200 ml fruit tea, let it cool and add 50 ml orange juice.
Soak two slices of rusk with three tablespoons of espresso coffee and an orange. For the cream, mix 120 grams of cream cheese and a tablespoon of honey. Add pistachios through this.
Morning breakfast: Fruit salad
Mix banana, kiwi, pear, 50 grams of raisins and orange. Add lemon juice. Make a drizzle with a spoon of honey, 75 grams non fat yogurt, a little vanilla and pour it over the fruit.
Lunch: Sweet – sour rice
Scald 25 grams of rice. On the heated oil, put soy sauce and baked hot pepper, a tablespoon of ketchup, one spoon vinegar, a little orange juice and a little sugar. Add three tablespoons of broth and cook with stirring until the sugar is melted. Add half garlic, quarter carrot, cook and add 80 grams of pork cutlet (cut it before). Proceed with the cooking, spice it up and finally, add chopped orange.
Snack: Frape with muscat nut
Put 150 ml orange juice into a shaker, 100 ml peach juice, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a spoon of mango syrup and two ice cubes. Mix, and put all of that in a bowl and add nutmeg.
Dinner: Pastry with cheese
Spread integral pastry with two tablespoons of cream cheese and place orange slices.
Morning breakfast: Fruit with poppy
Boil a tablespoon of poppy with two tablespoons of orange juice. Allow the liquid to cool for ten minutes, then add 120 grams of cheese. Put 25 grams of raisins, 80 grams orange, pear and apple on the top, After that add more lemon juice and vanilla sugar.
Lunch: Steak from turkey
Spice up the turkey steak with salt, pepper and curry, and bake it in a little oil. Remove and add the chopped garlic, butter, 50 grams of coconut milk and 25 ml broth. Leave it to boil. Add orange juice, a tablespoon of honey, saffron and slightly pungent mustard, salt, pepper and curry. Finally, add sliced orange sauce. Serve with rice.
Snack: Refreshing mix
Mix 40 grams of banana and pineapple, 100 ml mandarin juice, lemon juice, a little maple syrup, vanilla and cooled fruity tea.
Dinner: Rice salad
Scald 50 grams of rice. Mix 30 ml of orange juice, a little lemon juice, 25 grams yogurt and 50 grams banana ( cut it before). Mix with dashed rice and sprinkle with pistachios.
